Check your spam or junk folder first — our emails sometimes land there. If you still can't find it, go to the login page and click "Forgot password" to request a new setup link. Make sure you're using the email address you signed up with. If the problem persists, contact us and we'll resend it manually.

First, try resetting your password using the "Forgot password" link on the login page. If you're using SSO or a third-party login, make sure your account is properly linked. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If you're still locked out, contact support with your account email and we'll help you regain access.

PBXWork supports installation on most Linux distributions (Ubuntu 20.04+, Debian 11+, CentOS 8+, and RHEL 8+). Head to our documentation at docs.pbxwork.com for the full installation guide. The process typically takes about 15 minutes. If you're not comfortable with Linux, we offer a remote installation service — reach out via our contact form for details and pricing.

PBXWork is designed to run on any modern Linux server. We officially support Ubuntu 20.04 and later, Debian 11 and later, CentOS 8 and later, and RHEL 8 and later. It can also run in Docker containers and on most cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean, Linode, and more). For hardware, PBXWork works with any SIP-compatible phone or softphone.

Log into your dashboard and navigate to Settings → Billing → Plan. You can upgrade or downgrade from there. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you need help choosing the right plan, don't hesitate to reach out.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard: Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no hidden charges. If you cancel within the first 7 days, you'll receive a full refund. We'd love to hear why you're leaving — there's an optional feedback form during cancellation.

Our documentation at docs.pbxwork.com has detailed guides for common configurations including call routing, IVR setup, voicemail, DND/BLF, and more. If you can't find what you need there, you can ask Molty — our AI PBX agent built right into the dashboard. For complex setups, contact our support team and we'll guide you through it step by step.

PBXWork uses simple, transparent pricing — no per-seat charges. You're billed monthly on the same date you signed up. We accept all major credit cards. Your invoice is available in the dashboard under Settings → Billing. PSTN services like phone numbers and minute bundles are billed separately and added to your monthly invoice.

Absolutely. PBXWork encrypts all data at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols. We follow security best practices and perform regular audits. Since PBXWork runs on-premise by default, your data stays on your servers — giving you full control. For cloud deployments, we maintain SOC 2 compliance and offer HIPAA BAA agreements for healthcare customers.

For on-premise deployments, uptime depends on your infrastructure — but PBXWork itself is designed for 99.99% availability with no single points of failure. For managed/cloud customers, we guarantee 99.9% uptime SLA. Our status page at status.pbxwork.com provides real-time system health information. We also send proactive notifications for any planned maintenance windows.
